Casual Spring.

Ahhh -- I feel like I am so behind! I have been meaning to get this outfit (that I shot a few weeks ago) up for daysssss. Who feels me? Anyone else playing catch up?! On top of everything else, I am in the process of planning my sons 1st birthday party! Seriously, tears. Lots of them. HOW is he almost ONE already? Motherhood has been the most wonderful thing in the whole world. It is also tiring, rewarding + a mix of a million other emotions... all worth every single second. I am really loving all the new fun milestones Rush is hitting too. Like the new found love for the stairs. THAT'S FUN (insert eye roll here). On a serious note though, he is the best thing that has ever happened to us. We are super excited to celebrate his birthday + the best year of our lives - fiesta style.

Since I have been running around like a crazy person, this is my go-to outfit. It is easy + I don't have to think much about it. Jeans, tee, duster cardigan + slides. Long cardigans have been around for a while now, it's no new trend - but I really like the longer dusters. They give off the effect of a coat + I like the length a lot more than a normal cardigan. It is a staple piece that I am pretty sure we all have in our closet. All my cardigans, chunky knits + sweater coats are from Ma Belle Avenue. This boutique is literally my favorite hidden gem to get all my key wardrobe pieces. Check them out HERE.

Let's chat real quick about ruffle tees. I LOVE these. I have always been boyfriend tee junkie, they take a good chunk of my closet up. I now have a nice little collection of ruffled ones -  they add a little texture to a simple outfit + are perfect for Spring. I like that I can pair most of them up with some jeans or even get a little more dressy with a leather skirt or silk shorts. The one I am wearing below if from ASOS (sold out) -- but I linked some of my other favorites from there. Happy Saturday + thanks for stopping by today - muah!
